This evergreen climber commonly carpets the wild landscape of Ireland, from trees and cliffs to rocks. Yet is suitable for both indoor and outdoor locations. 

Small dark, dangling leaves are decorated in tiny pale veins that quickly grow. This plant will wrap around nearby objects to hold onto. An outdoor classic, that injects some animation into any indoor collection.

This plant thrives in bright light and enjoys some direct light. Ivy is also content in shade and can withstand varying temperatures. 

Water when the soil begins to feel dry, but avoid letting it dry out completely. Ideally keep the watering regular, roughly once a week, and potentially more in the growing seasons. It's always best to test how the soil feels before watering. Leave it alone if it feels moist. 


This plant is an avid trailer, it can be kept both indoors and outdoors. A large, mature Ivy plant can withstand the frosty winters in Ireland. 


This plant is toxic if ingested so keep away from small children and pets.


Your Irish Ivy currently lives in a (13cm diameter, 9cm height) nursery pot. 

They're trailing 40-60cm in length (Leaf tip to leaf base).
