About the Chinese Evergreen

Boasting leaves of unparalleled vibrancy, the Chinese Evergreen makes its presence know in any environment. The stunning pink foliage is set on a luscious green background creating a combination that is sure to attract interest.

The Aglaonema Spotted Star rises higher in our estimations thanks to its versatility and adaptability. Capable of surviving brief periods of drought and adapting to more moderate light conditions, these plants are perfectly suited to novices and seasoned plant collectors alike.

Hailing from the subtropical rainforests of China, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, Chinese Evergreens thrive in bright spaces with indirect sunlight and some humidity.

Your Chinese Evergreen currently lives in a (12cm diameter, 9cm height) nursery pot.

Care Guide

Thriving best in bright spaces, these indoor plants can also tolerate moderate light but will grow somewhat slower.

It is best to water these indoor plants when the top half of the compost dries out. Avoid allowing the soil to become sodden.

Aglaonemas come to life during the spring and summer months, adding a small amount of Organic Plant Feed to your care routine once per month will help them grow to their fullest potential.

These plants are considered to be toxic if ingested so it is best to keep them out of reach of curious children and pets.

With time your Chinese Evergreen can reach a height of over 60cm.
